Bosch Agrees To Aquire shares in Husqvarna AB
Earlier this week, we got wind of a developing story regarding Bosch and Husqvarna. Bosch issued a press release stating that the company would acquire shares in Husqvarna AB. This acquisition will amount to roughly 12 percent of Husqvarna’s total share capital.
Bosch hopes that by acquiring these shares, they will strengthen the battery alliance between the two companies.
Husqvarna had this to say about the acquisition:
“We welcome Bosch as a large shareholder in the Husqvarna Group. We have collaborated closely during the development of the Power for All Alliance which is supporting our electrification journey.”

Bosch’s decision to acquire Husqvarna shares is still subject to approval at the time of writing.
