The Craftsman V60 Cordless OPE Lineup Now Available For Homeowners
Back in August of last year at their launch event, Craftsman announced plans for a line of battery-powered OPE. Fast forward eight months, and here we are with the release of the Craftsman V60 lawn and garden tools. The new lineup – a self propelled mower, push mower, string trimmer, leaf blower, chainsaw, and hedge trimmer – highlights convenience, power, and zero emissions from the 60V Max battery platform.

The Craftsman V60 Lineup
Mowers
The V60 21″ Self-Propelled Mower runs for up to 70 minutes (no-load) per charge with the V60 7.5 Ah battery, while the V60 Push Mower can run for up to 60 minutes (no-load) on the V60 5.0 Ah battery. Both mowers feature a brushless motor, can fold up for vertical storage, and feature mulching, bagging, and side-discharge.
Lawn Tools
The V60 15″ Weedwacker String Trimmer features a brushless motor and two-speed variable speed switch. It has a bump feed system and the Quickwind easy line replacement system. A telescoping pole and ergonomic, adjustable handle allow for multiple holding orientations. A 15″ wide cutting swath and dual .08″ twist line makes quick work of knocking the weeds back.
The V60 Axial Blower features a brushless motor that cranks out 600 CFM and 110 MPH gusts. It also includes a variable speed trigger and weighs less than 10 lbs. It comes kitted with a 2.5 Ah battery.
Likewise, the V60 16″ Chainsaw also weighs less than 10 lbs (bare tool) and features a brushless motor. It also comes with an auto-oiler, tool-free tensioning, and a bubble level to keep your cuts precise.
Finally, the V60 24″ Hedge Trimmer features a laser-cut, dual-action blade. It has a full bale handle for better maneuverability. It can also tackle branches up to 1-1/2″ thick with its 3/4″ blade gap.
All of the Craftsman V60 lawn and garden tools are compatible with the brand’s VersaTrack system, which allows you to mount all of these tools to your wall in an organized manner.
