Stihl FSA 135 and FSA 135 R Trimmers

Like Gas-Power, But Without the Emissions and Noise

The battery-powered Stihl FSA 135 and FSA 135 R String Trimmers promise professional-level performance. These trimmers represent the tippy top of the Stihl battery power string trimmer lineup. Both models include brushless motors but use the same drive and cutting components found in Stihl’s professional gas trimmers. The FSA 135 Series trimmers promise Pro cutting performance without the gas, fumes, noise, or hassle.

Two Trimmers to Choose From

Essentially, with the FSA 135 and FSA 135 R, Stihl offers the same trimming performance, except with different handle options. The FSA 135 String Trimmer features a bike handle while the FSA 135 R comes with a wrap handle design. Beyond this distinction, both trimmers look pretty much the same.

Both of these Stihl string trimmers feature three performance settings to let you balance power and runtime. With the recommended AP 300 S battery attached, Stihl claims that you can get up to 45 minutes of runtime when set to the lowest setting. Of course, if the application calls for more power, you have two more powerful speed settings available.

The Stihl FSA 135 and 135 R Trimmers both feature a water-resistant design to help you withstand the elements. And, because these trimmers rely on quiet battery power, you can extend your working hours to early mornings to evening without disturbing nearby accounts.

Pricing

You can pick up either of the Stihl FSA 135 Series String Trimmers at any authorized dealer, either online or in-store. Both of the trimmers come with a 3-year residential or a 2-year Professional warranty. As a bare tool, you can pick up the Stihl FSA 135 for $459.99 and the FSA 135 R for $409.99.
