Here and Now: Kubota RTV-X1120 Series

Kubota RTV-X1120 Series

Come February, Kubota plans to unveil their new model expansion in their RTV-X1120 Series. Providing what the company rates as the best-valued utility vehicle on the market, the 2018 Kubota RTV-X1120 Series will aim to deliver all the power, performance, and features you would expect from a much more expensive UTV.

From Kubota

“The biggest surprise for the marketplace is the technology offered at a competitive price point. The new RTV-X1120 is a well-equipped machine at a highly competitive price point. Simply put, there is no better value currently in the market, and we are extremely excited about adding these models to our lineup. We are confident that commercial customers will appreciate the six new model options to consider when purchasing a worksite utility vehicle.”

What To Expect From The New Kubota RTV-X1120 Series

The first thing that Kubota wants you to notice about the new edition RTV-X1120 is the beefier torque and improved power and performance. The new UTVs feature a 24.8 gross horsepower, 3-cylinder, liquid-cooled diesel engine. This provides extra acceleration and torque for climbing. The VHT-X transmission pushes the new Kubota to a top speed of 29 MPH and provides plenty of hill climbing power. Because of the speed upgrade, Kubota also includes three-point seatbelts to keep passengers safe.Kubota RTV-X1120 Series

The Kubota RTV-X1120 Series also has some beefed up towing capacity. The heavy-duty steel cargo box provides more than enough room to haul jobsite materials and gear around. The worksite model also has a hydraulic lift for dumping, which can be operated with the flick of a switch. It comes equipped with standard 2″ receivers at the front and back of the vehicle, and it can tow up to 1300 lbs.

The job site can be tough, but your ride around it doesn’t need to be. Or, at least, that’s Kubota’s line of thought. They’ve designed the RTV-X1120 to reduce operator fatigue during longer work days. The new model features shoulder restraints for both the driver and the passenger, and the 60:40 split bucket seats have an ergonomic design. The RTV-X1120 also features a digital dashboard display, hydraulic power steering, a parking brake, and large under seat storage compartments.

Options are also available for the Kubota RTV-X1120 Series. The new line of UTVs is available in Kubota ORange or RealTree AP Camo.  You also have the option of polished allow wheels, black alloy rims, and spray-on bed liners. The RTV-X1120 will become available at Kubota dealerships in February 2018.
