The RTV520 is the perfect utility vehicle for anyone who needs to get work done on their mid- to large-sized property and for commercial operators who need a reliable, quality utility vehicle on the jobsite. The RTV520 is easy to operate with confidence, offers a quiet and comfortable ride, and provides durability at a value price point.

What’s New?

Kubota redesigned the appearance of the RTV520 to reflect the tougher, more aggressive performance of the UTV. The new-look UTV has a more powerful 2-cylinder liquid-cooled EFI engine. With more than 17 horsepower, and equipped with a Variable Hydrostatic Transmission, the RTV520 provides better performance on any terrain. It delivers smooth, powerful acceleration, smooth throttle control, better traction, and increased maneuverability. Dynamic braking gives you one-pedal operation, making frequent stopping easier.

The RTV520 comes with a heavy-duty cargo bed with 441 lbs. of cargo capacity, and it can tow up to 1,168 lbs.

The Kubota design team has placed an emphasis on making the RTV520 UTV very easy to use, even for inexperienced drivers. In addition to the dynamic braking and smooth operation, the large cargo bed provides easy access to components for maintenance. Additionally, since the VHT does not have any belts, so you won’t have to worry about replacing that historically difficult-to-fix part.

Kubota has added some protection to the underbody, beneath the cargo box, and under the operator’s station. The radiator features a screen that keeps mud and grass out as well.

The Kubota RTV520 UTV sits at 54.7″ wide and 74″ tall, which gives it better access through tighter spaces. It has a tight turning diameter of 21.7 feet, giving it access to spaces where some bigger UTVs couldn’t reach.

Kubota has upped the overall comfort level of the RTV520 as well. The suspension system features a 5-link rear setup that prevents the UTV from ever bottoming out. Two axis balancers and a 360º crank keep the noise and vibration down. Meanwhile, Kubota has redesigned the seat with softer materials for a more comfortable ride.

Kubota is offering the RTV520 UTV in general purpose and deluxe configurations. It starts at $9,899, and you ought to see it start showing up at Kubota dealerships later this month.
