The Toro Low Wheel Self-Propelled Mower features a CARB-compliant 149cc Kohler XTX OHV engine to provide the mower with 6.75 ft-lbs of torque. It also provides power to the front-wheel drive, pulling the mower to a top speed of 3.25 mph.

Another one of the big selling points of this engine revolves around its hassle-free design. It features an Auto Choke, and Toro guarantees that it will start on one or two pulls for up to three years. If it doesn’t, Toro will fix it for free.

This engine also does away with oil changes altogether. You’ll simply need to check the oil and add some as needed.

The Toro Low Wheel Mower features four 8-inch wheels that are tailored well for smaller, flatter landscapes (for uneven terrain, check out the Toro High Wheel Recycler Mower). At 71 lbs, and with the front-wheel drive, this mower is easy to turn and navigate around the yard.

As part of Toro’s Recycler Series, the 20377 features a 22″ steel cutting deck designed to provide superior mulching capabilities. The front throw chamber and atomic blade lift, suspend, and re-cut clippings into a fine mulch that delivers nutrients back into your lawn.

Or, should you prefer to bag your clippings, Toro has included the Quick Switch feature. This bagging system lets you quickly switch between mulching and bagging for a cleaner-looking finished lawn. Using the mower’s side-discharge is also an option.

The Toro Low Wheel Recycler Mower lets you adjust your cut height between 1 and 4 inches. And, when you’ve finished with the mowing, you can attach a garden hose to the washout port to ensure optimal airflow for the next to you mow.

Pricing

The Toro 22″ Low Wheel Recycler Mower is available from your local Toro dealer or online. It normally retails for $319, though you can now find it for $299 from select retailers. Toro includes a full 2-year warranty.
